These conditions of use ("Terms") govern access and use services and websites Piixeo ("Services"), and any information, text, images or other content being online, downloaded or included among those services (collectively referred to as "Content"). Access to and use of services implies the acceptance and compliance with these Terms. Through its access to services and their use, the user agrees to be bound by the terms of these Terms.
Services offered by Piixeo can be used in accordance with the Conditions of Use and in compliance with laws and regulations of local, national and international. Services provided by Piixeo are constantly evolving and thus the shape and nature of these services are subject to change without notice and punctual. In addition, Piixeo reserves the right to discontinue (temporarily or permanently) the Services (or secondary functions and services) without notice. Services may include advertisements targeting sometimes the content or information transmitted via the Services, queries made through the Service, or other types of information. The types of advertisements broadcast by Piixeo and their measurement are subject to change. Piixeo provides access and usage of its Services.
Any information provided to Piixeo is subject to our Privacy Policy, which governs the collection and use of user data. By using the Services, the user authorizes the collection and use of data (as specified in the Privacy Policy), which includes the transfer of data to the France and / or other countries for storage, processing and use by Piixeo. The user is responsible for the protection of the password used to access services and activities and acts performed with a password. All Content, whether publicly or transmitted privately, are the sole responsibility of the issuer. Supervision or control the content posted via the Service are not routinely provided, Piixeo can not be held responsible for such content. Any use or dependence, with respect to any content or data displayed through the Services or obtained through the Services is at the risk of the user. We do not condone, nor support, represent or guarantee the completeness, correctness, accuracy or reliability of the content published and communicated through Services. We do not endorse any opinions expressed via the Services. By using the Services, the user may encounter content that is defamatory, harmful, inaccurate, inappropriate and sometimes mislabeled or misleading. In no case Piixeo can not be held responsible in any manner whatsoever for the content of the site, including but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any Content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any Content posted, transmitted or otherwise made available via the Services or otherwise distributed.
The user retains his rights to any Content that he submit, post or display on or through the Services. By submitting, posting or displaying Content on or through the Services, User grants Piixeo a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license with the right to sublicense, use, process, publish, transmit, and display Content in any media or any method of distribution (now known or later developed). Piixeo gives the user a personal, worldwide, royalty-free, non-transferable and non-exclusive license to use software that is provided by Piixeo through the Services. This license is for the sole purpose of use and benefit of the Services as the Piixeo provides, as permitted by these Terms.
All rights, title and interest in the Services (excluding content provided by users) are and shall remain the exclusive property of Piixeo. The Services are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws by French and foreign countries. Nothing in the Terms gives no right to use the name or Piixeo trademarks, logos, domain names and other distinctive Piixeo. All comments, observations or suggestions concerning the user provides Piixeo and services are entirely voluntary and we are free to use such feedback, comments or suggestions at our discretion and without liability to the user.
Piixeo reserves the right at any time (but do not the obligation) to remove or refuse to post any Content from the Services and delete user accounts or recovered rer network names. The user is asked to review the Rules of Piixeo (part of the TOS) to understand what is prohibited in the use of the Services Piixeo. Piixeo also reserves the right to access, read, preserve, and disclose any information necessary to judge Piixeo respect the law, regulation, legal process or governmental ; apply the Terms of Use, including investigation of potential violations hereof; detect, prevent or otherwise address fraud, security or problems techniques; respond to requests for assistance to users, or to protect the rights, property or safety of Piixeo, its users and the public. The following acts are prohibited when using our services: access, alter, or use non-public areas of the Service's computer systems Piixeo, or IT systems delivery technique Piixeo providers; probe, scan or test the vulnerability of any system or network, commit a trespass or circumventing any security measure or authentication access, browse or try to access or browse the Services by any means (automated or not) other than through the interfaces provided by Piixeo currently available, and only under these Conditions, unless the user has been specifically authorized to do so in a separate agreement with Piixeo; falsifying header of TCP / IP packet or any part of the header in any email or any publication or use of any way services to send data to identify sources modified, misleading or false, or interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to obstruct or disrupt access to any user, host or network, including without limitation by sending a virus, overloading, saturation (flood), spamming, mail bombing the Services, or writing the content so Services to infringe or impose an undue burden.
The Services may contain links to third party websites or resources. The user acknowledges and accepts that Piixeo is not responsible for: the availability or accuracy of such sites or resources, or the content, products or services on or available from such websites or resources . Links to such sites or resources imply any endorsement of Piixeo of these websites or resources or their content, their products or services. User assumes sole responsibility and all risks arising from the use of such websites or resources.
Some jurisdictions do not allow exclusion of certain warranties or the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages. Thus, it is possible that the above limitations may not apply to all users.
Where Piixeo would not enforce any right or provision of these Terms that will not be regarded as a waiver of such rights or provisions. In the event that any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions hereof shall remain in full force.
These Terms and any action in connection therewith shall be governed by the laws of the French State, without consideration or application of any conflict over provisions the Galls of the state or country of residence of the user. User consents to jurisdiction and venue in such courts and waives any objection as to the place of any proceedings.
These Terms, Rules Piixeo and our Privacy Policy represents the entire agreement between exclusive and Piixeo and its users for services. Moreover, these conditions supersede all prior agreements between Piixeo and its users about services. It is possible that these regulations be updated from time to time. The latest version will always http://www.piixeo.com/en/terms. If the amendment, in our sole discretion, is consistent, we will notify users via an update, email messaging in Piixeo users. By continuing to access the Services or using them after the effective date of these changes, the user agrees to be bound by the revised terms. |
